When you submit our form or call us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email, and details about the senior living needs, timing, budget and preferred locations of the person you're helping. We also collect standard website analytics such as pages visited and the page you submitted from.
We use this information to contact you, understand your family's situation, and identify senior living communities that may fit. We share your information with a community only after you have agreed to be introduced to that specific community.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not distribute your contact details to multiple communities without your consent, and we do not use your information for purposes unrelated to helping you find senior living.
Boston Senior Living Advisory (a trade name of ADJ Strategies LLC) may receive a referral fee from a senior living community if a person we introduce becomes a resident. This does not affect the rates the community charges you.
